Guilford Sangerville Water District offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Online Bill Payment

If paying your bill online, just click the green "Pay Your Bill Now" button and follow the prompts.The online bill payment service allows you the convenience of paying your utility bill.  You can pay our bill 24/7.  We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express.  Have your account number handy and click the green button. Pay Port is a service offered by a third party working in partnership with the State of Maine and Guilford Sangerville Water District.  As part of our service to you, we will remit the designated portion of your payment to GSWD on our behalf.  The balance funds the operation of this and other Maine.gov online services.  Conducting business through Maine PayPort is voluntary and the final cost may be higher than using other forms of payment.  This service is provided by the Information Resource of Maine (InforME) as designated in statute of [M.S.R.A.Title 1, Ch. 14]

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon.  Please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. 

Payment Drop-Off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, debit/credit cards or money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy. 

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.

Payment at Maine Highland FCU 

If you have an account at any Maine Highland FCU, you can call the bank and transfer funds from your saving/checking accounts to Guilford Sangerville Water District account with no additional fee.
